The Urgency of Sharing the Gospel | July 14th, 2026

Reading:

2 Corinthians 5:18-21
18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Devotional:

The reality of Hell should burn in us a desire for people to know Jesus before they take their last breath! As Warren Wiersbe said, "This solemn scene ought to move us to pray for the lost and witness to them and thank the Lord for his grace in saving us." The Great White Throne Judgment isn't fairytale—it's a coming reality.

It is Gods work to SAVE but it is our work to GO and TELL!

Who in your life needs to hear about Jesus? What family member or friend have you been avoiding sharing with? Don't let fear or comfort keep you silent.

Challenge: Today, commit to praying specifically for one unsaved person and ask God for an opportunity to share His love with them. Your faithfulness in telling could mean their eternity with Christ. Ask them: Has anyone ever shared with you who Jesus is? And let the conversation go from there. You Neve know who the Lord will lead you to!
