The Day of Grace | June 25th, 2026

Reading:

2 Corinthians 6:1-2
We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

Devotional:

The lake of fire awaits those who reject Christ—eternal, conscious punishment for the unredeemed. This sobering reality should drive us to gratitude and urgency. We live in the day of grace, when salvation is freely offered.

Today is the day of salvation. Have you truly accepted Christ, or are you relying on family heritage or church attendance? Salvation requires personal faith—confessing you're a sinner and accepting Jesus as Savior. If you've never made this decision, don't delay. Cry out to God right now. He knows your heart. Say, "Lord, I'm a sinner. Save me. Forgive me. Write my name in the Lamb's Book of Life."

For believers, this truth should fuel evangelism. Someone you know needs to hear this good news today.

Challenge: Pray for those today who you know that are not saved, pray their heart would be soft! And then pray: Lord, use me in their lives to share the Love of God with them and an open door to share the Gospel.
