We must stay equipped for spiritual warfare. Satan doesn't wait until we're fully recovered to attack. We need to put on the full armor of God daily—the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit. Through prayer and reliance on God's power rather than our own, we can stand strong against the enemy's lies, accusations, and mental attacks.
