Scrapbooking
The Scrapbooking Fellowship seeks to document CCF's church history & events, as well as our own individual "Faithbooking". Inspired by the Stones of Remembrance in the book of Joshua (Joshua 4:4-7), we wish to provide a visual record of God's work in the CCF body and in our own lives.
Scrapbooking Meetings
We meet once a month, on the first Friday of the month, in the Youth Center. Cost is free. CCF books will have all supplies provided (donations are welcome!). Please bring your own tools and supplies if you are working on your own book. Additional non-disposable supplies will also be available for all to use.
The fellowship is made up of scrapbookers of all levels, from novice to experienced, traditional & digital, so all are encouraged to participate. Please join us as we fellowship and praise God for all He has done for us and is continuing to do in our midst!
Childcare is not provided. Please bring your own snacks or beverages.
Date: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month
Time: 11:00am-5:00pm
Location: CCFred Youth Center (across from the Main Building)
Quilting
Join us for fun and fellowship! Learn a new skill or rekindle an old passion - all to the glory of God!
The purpose of the Quilting Fellowship is to bless new babies and their families with quilts and prayer support. An integral part of quilt creation, the Quilt Ministry spends time praying for the recipient and his or her family. The quilt is a gift from the CCF congregation.
Quilting Meetings
The Quilting Ministry gathers one Saturday a month to design and create quilts, ensuring that each one is unique. The fellowship is made up of quilters of all levels, from novice to advanced, so all are encouraged to participate. Willing hands are used to shop, iron, cut, pin, sew and embroider, or any and all combinations thereof.
Attendance at meetings is not necessary (though it is a lot of fun!); you are free to take a project home to work on and come to the fellowship meetings when and if you can. A willing heart and a sense of humor are the only requirements! For more information or directions, please use the contact information below.
