To make disciples and equip them to accomplish the Lord's mission, where He directs. We accomplish our vision by knowing our mission, where our mission takes us, and how we accomplish our mission.
Our Mission
"Go into all the world and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I command you; and lo I am with you always, even to the end of age." Mathew 28:19-20
Where our Mission Takes Us
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Acts 1:8
The geography of our ministry is therefore defined as:
• Jerusalem: Calvary Chapel Fredericksburg & missions within Fredericksburg
• Judea: Missions within Virginia
• Samaria: Missions within The United States
• Remotest Part of the Earth: Missions Overseas
How We Accomplish Our Mission
"And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers." Acts 2:42
Calvary Chapel must equip the body for the mission that the Lord has given us to accomplish.
